You are being founded or have founded within the last year (sole proprietorship, GmbH or AG)? Then you can search our database for suitable persons (ladies, gentlemen, partners, board members, advisory boards, business angels, coaches, sponsors and patrons). If you are interested, you can contact these people immediately and free of charge.

Process

After creating a startup profile, you can search in the candidate database. Your account is invisible to the searching candidates. If you find a profile interesting, you have two options:

a) You contact the person directly and follow your recruitment process.

b) You forward the candidate profile to an HR specialist for an assessment or an initial interview.

The cost of an annual subscription is CHF 290 for annual membership and can be paid by e-banking, credit card or PayPal. This allows you to search the database without restriction. The contacting of profiles is free of charge. Only after a successful placement does a placement fee of CHF 1000 per candidate occur for the start-up. For each additional person who finds your startup through VRMandat.com, we grant you a 20% concession on the brokerage fee. Prices are without VAT.

Your Membership 

Before the subscription expires, you will be notified of this by e-mail and given the opportunity to extend your subscription. If you do not wish to renew your subscription, your profile will go offline and you will no longer have access to the database. It can be reactivated at any time.
