The "Swiss Code" is a central reference work for the duties of the board of directors and corporate governance in Switzerland that takes international developments into account. Originally developed for Swiss public companies, this code also provides relevant guidelines for non-listed companies and SMEs. The "Swiss Code" includes "best practices" that can serve as guidelines and recommendations:

Kosten:
