The origin of this platform lies in the empirical social science master thesis "Optimal VR Composition in Swiss SMEs" which was written at the Kalaidos University of Applied Sciences in Zurich. The Foundation Kalaidos University of Applied Sciences is a federally approved and supervised university of applied sciences under Swiss law. As a privately sponsored university of applied sciences, it is an independent and federally approved and supervised university of applied sciences. Its offerings are practice-oriented and scientifically sound.
As a university for professionals, the university networks with the employers of students and industry and specialized organisations in order to successfully bridge the gap between applied research and practice-oriented application. It is a member of the Conference of the Swiss Universities of Applied Sciences and Arts (KFH).
