Kim Johansson, 1978, is Managing Director and founder of SalesAhead AG, Zurich. The internationally active personnel consulting firm specializes in the placement of specialists and executives in sales. Prior to that, Johansson worked for a global executive search company in Zurich specializing in the direct search of senior executives and board members.
She gained experience in Asia, France, Scandinavia and Great Britain. In London she joined an online English school as European Partnership Manager, where she was responsible for the partnership with MSN, Microsoft's web portal, for Europe, Middle East and Africa. Johansson studied Political Science at the University of Zurich and holds an MBA from the School of Management and Business in Marseille.
